The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and concerns. The property is in walking distance to stores and restaurants. There was no need in cranking up the vehicle. The property was very clean. Everything was in good working condition. There was complimentary water and coffee available in the lobby. Breakfast was a definite plus for the stay.

Awesome hospitality the staff was amazing and helping with an early check in ..The place was clean and didn’t have a rug Oder when you Walked in there .the room was clean comfortable the staff was awesome specially the young lady with the breakfast . Who I seen everyday there greeting and smiling I just loved the stay there .

I enjoyed the facility but most of all the staff was pleasant and who stood out the most was Mark the evening desk clerk he was so helpful and pleasant he went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I had everything I needed I would definitely come back again

I thought the receptionist from Columbus Georgia was excellent she is the only reason I will be coming back.I’ve been coming there for 20 years had some very bad experiences there but she always helps me and my family through it

Everything was great. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. They had lemon water in lobby and chocolate chips cookies. Nice variety of breakfast. From waffles, bacon sausage omettles, etc.
